| The Opportunity Within the SMB (Small & Merchant Business) business line the Launchpad initiative aims to simplify merchants access to Worldlines solutions and products. This includes centralized access to the solutions catalog a simple and fast onboarding and a Web and Mobile platform for day-to-day operations. We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the team ensuring the quality and reliability of the mobile application content delivered to merchants in collaboration with mobile development squads. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Design implement and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test plans for mobile applications (iOS/Android) developed with React Native technology Create and execute manual and automated test cases to validate features APIs Contribute to test automation using appropriate frameworks (e.g. Jest Detox Appium) and maintain stable automated test suites. Collaborate with developers product and design to translate user stories into effective test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Identify reproduce and document defects with clear steps expected vs. actual results and impact assessment. Perform manual exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues; contribute to usability testing when needed. Ensure security and data handling best practices are considered in testing including data privacy and app security considerations. Contribute to maintaining documentation related to test plans environments and release readiness. Stay current with industry best practices in mobile testing accessibility and security. Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means: At least 3 years of experience in mobile app testing Strong understanding of mobile app architectures APIs and end-to-end testing concepts. Experience with test automation for mobile apps and willingness to extend test automation coverage. Familiarity with RESTful API testing; ability to validate API contracts and data flows. Ability to design effective test cases from user stories acceptance criteria and product requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Familiarity with accessibility testing and guidelines. Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaboration across cross-functional teams. |
