We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead with 15 years of IAM experience to architect lead and deliver largescale IAM programs for enterprise clients. The role focuses on designing and implementing global Saviynt solutions leading delivery teams and driving successful client outcomes.
This is a handson consulting role requiring strong solution architecture skills delivery leadership and the ability to build trusted executivelevel relationships.
This role is ideal for a seasoned IAM leader who can architect solutions lead engagements drive delivery excellence and build trusted executive relationships to ensure successful IAM transformation outcomes.
Required skills:
Core IAM Expertise
Minimum of 10 years of IAM experience with deep hands-on and architectural knowledge
Strong experience in Saviynt (IGA PAM CIEM) with global or complex deployments
Knowledge of Entra ID CyberArk and other IAM/AM platforms
Experience integrating IAM solutions with HR systems directories cloud services and business apps
Architecture & Delivery Excellence
Proven ability to architect IAM solutions across hybrid and multicloud environments
Demonstrated leadership delivering large IAM transformation programs
Strong coordination skills across engineering architecture and operations teams
Business & Consulting Acumen
Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience supporting presales solution design and proposal development
Understanding of regulatory standards and IAM governance models
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Saviynt Microsoft EntraID or CyberArk
Experience working with global delivery teams
Knowledge of emerging IAM trends such as ITDR and identity analytics
Pacific Time Zone preferred
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Independent ownership mindset with proactive improvement attitude.
Experience working directly with vendors and vendor support teams.
