QAQC Engineer

Ouc Client is a professional Prestressing Specialist Contractor providinginnovative designs using our Prestressing technology on bridges elevated viaducts high rise buildings and special structures. Our philosophy is to provide specialist bridge products construction methodology and design solutions that match clients aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Project Manager in implementing and monitoring the companys quality assurance and quality control system for assigned projects.
2. Carry out periodic site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings specifications method statements inspection requirements and company quality standards.
3. Prepare submit and follow up material submissions technical documents QA/QC records and related project documentation until approval or closure.
4. Prepare work method statements rectification work method statements and other technical submissions when required.
5. Monitor and record quality-related activities for post-tensioning works including installation stressing grouting rectification material delivery and site inspections.
6. Identify report and follow up on non-conforming works quality issues and corrective actions to ensure proper closure and prevention of repeated mistakes.
7. Coordinate with project teams site supervisors main contractors consultants suppliers and stakeholders and prepare regular QA/QC reports and trackers.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related discipline.
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC site supervision project operations or a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Able to read construction drawings understand method statements specifications and basic inspection requirements.
4. Possesses own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia (including East Malaysia).
5. Good documentation discipline attention to detail communication skills and follow-up ability.
6. Responsible proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
