We are seeking an experienced Advanced Field Service Engineer to join our service team in Malaysia. This role is critical in delivering high-quality technical service across multiple customer sites ensuring system reliability and driving customer satisfaction.

You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing building systems while directly contributing to business performance and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver service maintenance and troubleshooting across customer sites
• Support BMS / HVAC / Fire / Security systems
• Perform system configuration programming and commissioning
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues (including networking-related issues)
• Execute small service projects and upgrades
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors for service delivery
• Monitor site performance produce reports and meet KPIs
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction
• Support financial activities including cost estimation and forecasting

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in BMS (Building Management Systems)
• Strong troubleshooting and field service expertise
• Engineering Degree or Diploma
• Ability to work onsite and travel between customer locations (2550%)
• Malaysian citizenship (no visa sponsorship available)

Practical experience with:

• HVAC Controls
• Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
• Building Automation Systems (BAS)
