The Sales & Admin. Support provides essential administrative and operational support to the local Sales team and contributes to the execution of standard business processes.This entry-level role helps ensure smooth daily operations supporting documentation flows basic sales processes and internal coordination.
The apprentice works under close supervision while progressively expanding their knowledge of administrative and commercial procedures.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
The apprentice will support the team in activities such as:
Administrative Support
- Support data entry activities in internal systems (CRM ERP tracking tools).
- Prepare standard reports spreadsheets and dashboards using provided templates.
- Assist in processing purchase orders service requests quotations and basic billing documentation.
- Support the Marketing team collecting the documents required for the participation at marketing events
- Maintain accurate records following internal procedures and compliance guidelines.
Sales Support
- Assist the Sales team in preparing customer documentation (quotations tender documents contracts).
- Support the organization of customer meetings demos and events.
- Update customer information and sales data within CRM tools.
- Assist in tracking sales opportunities and monitoring key deadlines.
- Support internal coordination between sales service logistics and finance teams.
Professional Development
- Learn and apply company procedures related to sales operations compliance and administrative processes.
- Broadening knowledge of practices within the sales and administrative discipline.
- Work progressively more autonomously within defined guidelines.
Interaction & Working Style
- Works with good interpersonal skills and collaborates with multiple teams.
- Seeks guidance for tasks outside established procedures.
- Communicates clearly with internal stakeholders and supports customer-facing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
- Familiarity (or willingness to learn) of CRM/ERP systems.
