Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high-quality guest experience
Manage staff recruitment training and performance evaluations
Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff
Analyze financial reports to inform business decisions
Lead marketing efforts to attract new customers
Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
Foster a positive team environment and promote employee engagement

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and management
Ability to analyze financial data and develop budgets
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
