In this role youll be responsible for keeping our lovely facility in great shape and contributing positively to our residents lives. Were seeking someone with a friendly upbeat personality as our ideal candidate.

Position Types:Full-Time benefits eligible position working a varying schedule

Wage Range:$20.30 - $24.75 /hour depending on experience

Location:625 W 31st Street Minneapolis MN 55408

Maintenance responsibilities:

• Provides carpet and floor care in residents rooms and common areas.
• Disposes of trash from common areas and resident rooms.
• Additional duties may include cleaning windows moving and arranging furniture.
• Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects as needed.
• Follow scheduledmaintenance program.
• Respond to maintenance requests by residents and staff.
• Follow-through on projects with little supervision.
• Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.
• Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Prior experience in plumbing electrical work HVAC and/or floor care.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work on-call as needed.
• Able to make repairs inside and outside of building basic carpentry basic plumbing replace light bulbs filters etc.
• Able to use basic maintenance tools such as hammer pliers screwdriver drill etc.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
