Job Summary

Line Clearance: Perform and document clearance at every stagefrom Dispensing to Packingto eliminate mix-ups.
In-Process Checks: Execute regular physical tests (Weight Hardness DT Leak tests) against approved specs.
Floor Compliance: Monitor daily operations to ensure 100% adherence to BMR/BPR and safety protocols.
GDP Documentation: Conduct real-time reviews of batch records to ensure error-free ALCOA-compliant entries.
Sampling: Collect in-process finished product and stability samples according to the defined sampling plan.
Deviations & CAPA: Identify process non-conformances lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
Environment Control: Verify and record pressure temperature and humidity to maintain cleanroom standards.
Audit Readiness: Maintain the shop floor in a continuous state of compliance for internal and regulatory audits.
