Position Summary
ROE Dental Laboratory has been a trusted provider of high-quality dental laboratory services since the 1920s partnering with healthcare professionals nationwide. We are seeking a driven relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout the Northwest Ohio market covering the Cleveland to Toledo territory.
This role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships developing new business and managing a territory with long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth loyalty and long-term partnerships
  • Prospect identify and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Manage a sales territory through a combination of new business development and existing account management
  • Conduct in-person meetings presentations and service demonstrations with prospective and existing clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs concerns and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and account support
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy development
  • Represent ROE at trade shows networking events and industry functions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records pipeline activity and sales reporting
  • Consistently work toward exceeding territory growth and revenue goals
  • Assist in onboarding new accounts to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
Qualifications
  • 3 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
  • Medical healthcare or service-based sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated organized and results-driven
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize effectively
  • Valid drivers license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
