Position Summary
ROE Dental Laboratory has been a trusted provider of high-quality dental laboratory services since the 1920s partnering with healthcare professionals nationwide. We are seeking a driven relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout the Northwest Ohio market covering the Cleveland to Toledo territory.
This role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships developing new business and managing a territory with long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth loyalty and long-term partnerships
- Prospect identify and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Manage a sales territory through a combination of new business development and existing account management
- Conduct in-person meetings presentations and service demonstrations with prospective and existing clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs concerns and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and account support
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy development
- Represent ROE at trade shows networking events and industry functions
- Maintain accurate CRM records pipeline activity and sales reporting
- Consistently work toward exceeding territory growth and revenue goals
- Assist in onboarding new accounts to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
Qualifications
- 3 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
- Medical healthcare or service-based sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated organized and results-driven
- Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize effectively
- Valid drivers license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
