Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients generating leads and closing sales. As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through various channels such as networking cold calling and referrals

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs

- Present and promote our companys products and services to clients

- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends market conditions and competition

- Attend sales meetings conferences and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field

- Proven experience in sales preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Highly motivated and target-driven

- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
