About the role

Orchestrated data-driven insights and omni-channel EC TMKT strategies to revolutionize operational agility capturing market share and catalyzing sustainable revenue growth via end-to-end promotion execution.

Key responsibilities

Channel development and management covers portfolio strategy promotional strategy and core business cycle management
Lead business planning cycle incl. sales forecast and budget planning co-work closely with sales team and EC-MKT team provide management team clear business picture with suggestion and solution
Cascade brand strategy and marketing plan to channel lead resource allocation within channel to achieve target
Monitor by account P&L generate optimization direction to sales team and EC-MKT oversee execution
Develop pricing strategy promotional policy and handle promotional investment
Monitor EC in-site execution incl. D11 618 SBD new product launch etc

Qualifications and skills
Essential
Bachelors degree
8 year working experience
3 year in eCommerce
Fluent in English both writing and speaking
Trade marketing or sales experience
Very good communication interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong analytical & e-commerce sense. Used to working in a fast paced environment self-motivated and result driven.

Preferred
Good Marketing fundamentals Data analytics & Insight generation skill with logical framework thinking as well as interpersonal skill. Comfortable to work with X-functions in Matrix organization
Good understanding of Digital & Ecommerce Traffic ecosystem of key leading platforms (Alibaba JD DY etc) including both eKA & FGS mode.
Good understanding of digital /social / EMKT Knowledge and KPIs understand how performance media can support both brand building & e-commerce sales.
Passionate insightful Easy-going Very good learning agility Curiosity & Passion in DigiEcom.
Good learning Agility and willing to Achieve & Collaborate.
