You value the importance of content creativity consumer insights and expertize of know- how to execute performance media on Tmall/JD/WeChat. You understand digital eco system with holistic view from daily operation to digital content planning
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Owner for content to commerce lead marketing x digital story telling & GTM
You will:
- Lead and drive the Converse TM/JD/WeChat paid investment build strategy & plan base on business target
- Build and execute effective consumer-centered content to trigger consumer interests and deliver brand product differentiation in social and EC platform
- Partner with digital operation team to deliver the business short term and long term goal altogether
- Partner with brand creation team to drive effective EC communication assets
- Assist team leader to initiate integrated digital launch plan
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will engage with a diverse team of colleagues across: Digital team brand marketing team merchant team as well as manage outside agencies and vendors.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
- 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Experienced working in social & digital eco system rich knowledge on Tmall/JD performance media is a must
- Deep understanding & experience in know how of managing investment
- Strong insight of online client creating and feeding with relevant content with brand tone and manner
- Acumen on data analysis and tracking ability to learn and optimize with quick actions
- Strong bilingual oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced high energy skilled team of marketers that have a passion for youth culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Converse brand/business.
