With a secure pipeline of work and continued growth across their residential division they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major multi-residential project in Brisbane.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager you will take ownership of a major multi-residential project from procurement through to handover.

Working closely with site teams consultants subcontractors and client-side stakeholders you will be responsible for driving programme quality safety and commercial outcomes while ensuring successful project delivery across all stages of the build.

This role will suit a commercially astute Project Manager who enjoys leading teams building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering quality outcomes in a collaborative environment.

About You

You will ideally come from a Tier 1/2 or established building contractor background and have experience delivering projects in the $30m range.

Multi-residential experience is regarded though candidates from commercial or industrial construction backgrounds with strong project delivery capability will be a strong suit too.

You will bring:

• Proven experience delivering complex construction projects
• Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to drive high-performing teams
