ESSENTIAL SKILLS:


  • SAP SuccessFactors Technical Operations experience (all modules)

  • Routinized use of Ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)

  • Familiar with ITIL processes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.


ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:


  • In-depth technical knowledge in any of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.

  • Ability to perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend improvements.

  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.

  • Exposure to multinational work environments.

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting within SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Knowledge of integration tools related to SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. integration center CPI).

Duties & Responsibilities

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and resolve incident and service request tickets related to SAP SuccessFactors ensuring adherence to
  • service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Interact with 1st and 3rd Level Support to troubleshoot issues.
  • Ticket handling and dispatching within and across teams.
  • Cluster incidents create problem tickets and user stories.
  • Manage general queries of colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and update knowledge base articles.
  • Identify opportunities to make Operations more efficient (e.g. RPA AIR etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP SuccessFactors support or operations.
