Job Summary

The Role
Were seeking a dynamic sales hunter with812 years experienceselling IT Data or AI services intoinsurers reinsurers and asset managersacross Europe. Youll lead full enterprise sales cycles open new doors build senior-level relationships and close complex deals.

What Youll Do

Hunt and originate new opportunities across EMEA
Lead strategic sales cycles in Insurance Reinsurance & Asset Management
Build strong C-suite relationships (CIO CTO COO Business Heads)
Create compelling value propositions and negotiate high-value agreements
Cross-sell tech services to existing accounts
Manage pipeline forecasting and collaborate with global delivery teams

Focus Areas
AI Services Digital Engineering Cloud Data & Analytics BI Business Applications

What Were Looking For

Proven success selling IT/tech services into financial services
Strong hunter mentality: drive urgency resilience
Excellent communication presentation & negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close new logos
Degree in Finance Economics or related field (preferred)
