We are now seeking an Assistant Venue Manager who is passionate about hospitality thrives in a busy restaurant environment and has a genuine talent for training mentoring and nurturing your teams.

What Youll Bring

• Minimum 2 years experience as a floor manager or supervisor in a busy highvolume restaurant.
• A genuine passion for training coaching and developing young staff helping them build confidence skill and pride in their work.
• Strong leadership with a proven ability to motivate and guide highperforming teams.
• Experience in driving service standards product knowledge and a positive team culture.
• Excellent communication skills clear warm and professional.
• A creative solutionsfocused mindset that contributes to both restaurant service and event operations.
• An appreciation for the arts and the unique energy of a venue connected to the Sydney Theatre Company.
