Senior Software EngineerFull Stack Platform Experience

Team Description

Join the Platform Experience team a core group within our GPTO Engineering organization where you will report to theDirectorof Engineering. Our team is on a mission to provide the unshakeable foundation of trust security and scale for the entire Anaplan ecosystem. We empower our internal developers and external partners to build with speed and confidence.

Your Impact

• Contribute significantly to the design and executionof our Platform Experience playing a vital role across Product Security Platform Management and Data Integration initiatives.

• Design build andmaintainthehighly available secure and scalable services that form the backbone of our platform.

• Champion engineering excellencethrough high-quality hands-on coding collaborative design reviews and mentorship of junior engineers on our backend technology stack (Java Kotlin ).

• Activelyparticipateintechnical planning contribute to our teams strategy and engage in critical incident retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and other engineering groups to deliver robust and reliable platform solutions.

Your Qualifications

• A strong seniority in full-stack web development ideally usingFrontend technologies such asTypeScript Reduxand Backend such asJava Kotlin Spring Framework MySQL

• Proficiencyin using REST APIs orsimilar fordata integration.

• Experience working in production with cloud infrastructure such as AWSGCPor Azure.

• Experience withDocker Kubernetes Jenkins Git Helm

• Experience with building observability into services to track usage and health (Grafana stack)

• A deep understanding of the value of testing to deliver a high-quality product.

• Working knowledge of containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience working closely with product management and UX teams to deliver the best solution to the problem at hand.

• A strong background in fostering a culture of continuous delivery testautomationand agile development.

• Experience inExpressJS/ Webpack WebSocket Gulp are a plus

• Strong communicationand collaboration skills - you are pragmatic and know how to build trust.

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
