About the role:

We are looking for an experiencedDemand Generation Partnerto drive business growth through integrated marketing and communications initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection ofbrand communications and commercial performance with responsibility for building awareness generating qualified leads and supporting pipeline growth across target accounts and emerging sectors.

Working across regional and global initiatives you will develop and execute campaigns that align messaging content and channels to attract engage and convert priority audiences. This is a high-impact role for someone who combinesstrategic thinking creativity and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Communications & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that combinestrategic communicationsanddemand generationto drive engagement qualified leads and pipeline growth.

  • Ensure campaigns are aligned tobusiness goals target audiences key messages channels and measurable outcomes.

  • Adapt and activateglobal campaignsat regional/divisional level ensuring consistency in messaging brand values and positioning.

  • Work acrossdigital and traditional channels bringing fresh and creative ideas to campaign execution.

  • Partner withlocal steering committeesand internal stakeholders to align strategic initiatives with communications and demand generation priorities.

Lead Generation & Performance Optimization

  • Drivelead generation and pipeline contribution ensuring marketing and communications activities deliver measurable commercial impact.

  • Track analyze and optimize campaign performance to improveROI efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Refine plans and investments continuously focusing on high-impact activities.

Brand Content & Communications

  • Lead strategic communications initiatives that strengthenbrand positioningand support demand generation goals.

  • Create and manage campaign content acrossdigital print internal and external channels including conferences and trade events.

  • SupportPR and media activities including writing and editing messaging for external and internal stakeholders.

  • Manageexternal agencies and partnersto ensure high-quality execution aligned with strategy.

  • Collaborate with regional business partners onevents and joint initiativesthat generate demand and increase engagement.

Key competences:

  • Proven experience instrategic communications demand generation and integrated campaign management

  • B2B marketingexperience preferred

  • Stronganalytical mindsetwith the ability to connect marketing activity to business results

  • Experience acrossdigital and traditional marketing channels

  • Excellentproject managementand organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strongstakeholder managementskills and confidence working with senior leadership

  • Experience managingexternal agencies and partners

  • Excellentwriting and content developmentskills across multiple formats

  • Stronginterpersonal and communicationskills

  • ExcellentEnglish

  • Italian speaker

  • Experience in or knowledge of thewater treatment sectoris a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree inMarketingor a related field

  • 510 years of relevant experience or equivalent professional background

Location: Lainate (MI) with possibility of working from home 2 days per week.
