Job Title: Financial Operations Supervisor

Locations: Braintree MA Kansas City MO (Hybrid)

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead and develop a team of Workforce Management Analysts and Financial Solutions Analysts across hybrid virtual and offshore environments
• Establish and reinforce a strong risk and control framework including oversight of associate data security access management and adherence to operational standards
• Oversee workforce planning resource allocation and workload management to ensure consistent service delivery
• Manage complex operational workflows including issue resolution break/fix activities and root cause analysis
• Own and execute projects including client onboarding technology initiatives and process enhancements
• Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new systems processes and best practices
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations Technology and Client teams to drive alignment and outcomes
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency mitigate risk and improve overall performance
• Manage multiple priorities tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing clear updates insights and recommendations

Required Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field or equivalent experience
• 5 years of leadership experience managing teams
• 510 years of experience in financial services or investment operations
• Experience managing multiple functions or teams with diverse responsibilities
• Strong understanding of risk management controls and data security within an operational environment
• Proven ability to manage projects drive change and improve processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with hybrid virtual and/or offshore teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What Sets You Apart (preferred qualifications)

• Experience with mutual fund operations or transfer agency services
• Familiarity with workforce management tools and operational support models
• Experience supporting technology implementations or system enhancements
