We have five sites providing specialist education adult day services residential care and independent supported living to our service users. Our sites are based in Forest Hall Killingworth Jesmond Newcastle City Centre and North Shields.

The Role
The role of the Maintenance & Facilities Manager reports into the Head of Estates & Facilities within the Resources Directorate and is generally responsible for ensuring fit for purpose compliant and well-maintained addition planning and coordinating of improvements works and deputising for the Head as required are also a feature of this role.
There are currently three direct reports across three geographic areas which support educational and residential facilities. There is a need to work with the Estates & Facilities team as well as the wider Foundation in order to understand service and functional needs and be able to drive improvements.
We are looking for an experienced general facilities manager who ideally has project management skills.
