An acclaimed chef-driven restaurant in Bethlehem is seeking an experienced Senior Line Cook to join its culinary team. Our concept focuses on seasonal American cuisine elevated presentation and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Execute menu items to exact specifications with consistency speed and attention to detail during high-volume service
• Own and maintain your assigned station including mise en place organization cleanliness and breakdown
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality safety and sanitation standards
• Train and mentor junior line cooks and support staff on technique recipes and kitchen procedures
• Assist with inventory ordering and prep lists as directed by Sous Chef and Executive Chef
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams to deliver seamless service
• Maintain a clean organized work environment in compliance with all health department regulations

Requirements

• 3 years of line cook experience in high-volume upscale casual or fine dining restaurants
• Strong knife skills and proficiency on sauté grill and/or pantry stations
• Deep understanding of food safety HACCP and sanitation practices
• Ability to work nights weekends and holidays as business demands
• Reliable transportation and professional work ethic
• Must adhere to strict grooming standards: clean-shaven with no facial hair and no visible tattoos while in uniform
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
