Housekeeping Manager Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park

Lead the presentation and cleanliness of one of our largest and busiest coastal parks NRMA Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park.  With a large-scale operation (57 cabins 357 sites) and high guest volumes year-round this is a role where your impact is seen every single day.

This isnt just about cleaning rooms; its about leading a critical department that shapes every guest experience

What you will do:

Reporting to the General Manager youll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of housekeeping operations across the park.

• Lead a team of 11 including a Team Leader
• Coordinating housekeeping public area and laundry operations 
• Managing rosters labour and productivity to meet operational demands 
• Ensuring high presentation standards across all accommodation and facilities 
• Monitoring guest feedback and driving improvements in service delivery
• Leading coaching and developing your team to perform at their best

Youll work closely with Front Office Maintenance and the broader leadership team to ensure the park is always guest-ready and running smoothly

What you will bring:

Youre an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager who:

• Thrives in a large scale fast-paced high-volume environment
• Has strong attention to detail and pride in presentation 
• Is confident leading and developing a hands-on team 
• Understands labour productivity and operational efficiency 
• Brings a genuine passion for guest experience and service standards 

Most importantly you lead by example stay calm under pressure and know how to bring a team together to get the job done.
