Job Summary
1. Commercial Alignment
- Align global commercial and digital initiatives with franchise strategy
- Ensure franchise hotels are equipped to maximize the channel contribution from Accor distribution platforms
- Maximize engagement with ALL Loyalty program and push for enrolment and ALL occupancy
2. Revenue Performance
- Support the roll out of the unique revenue management system (RMS) across the global franchise network
- Design and implement the scope of revenue management support for franchise partners
- Drive RevPAR growth initiatives across the network
3. Pay-to-Play Services
- Review existing optional commercial services currently offered as pay to play to franchise hotels and enhance value proposition through flexible contracts fair pricing and additional services as needed (short term support task forces dedicated trainingsetc.)
- Establish a pay to play Digital marketing support offering
4. Commercial Programs
- Coordinate global commercial initiatives and streamline the offering by regional specificities to ensure impact and pertinence
- Ensure initiatives are aligned with owner value creation
Qualifications :
- Hoteliers at heart: Past or present operational experience is essential to ensure credibility with regional teams.
- International mindset: To reflect the global dimension of the group.
- Business-centric: Able to translate strategy into a concrete value proposition for owners (asset-light vision).
- Change agents: Ability to co-build a vision and above all to drive it within a sometimes complex matrix environment.
- At least 13 years of experience
Beyond expertise we will target candidates who are able to:
- Influence without direct authority: Ability to build relationships across regions and convince a variety of stakeholders.
- Navigate ambiguity: Resilience and agility in evolving or undefined scopes.
- Be hands-on: Full autonomy and strong operational drive (not actively seeking team management responsibilities at this stage).
