Job Summary

1. Owner Engagement Platforms

  • Establish and coordinate a set up of global owner forums and advisory councils. Coordinate format and content for meetings.
  • Structure regular engagement activities with key strategic owners.
  • Coordinate with global account managers on key accounts to ensure alignment on key messages and no over communication.

2. Owner Satisfaction

  • Design and manage a global owner satisfaction survey.
  • Analyze response rates and feedback to track key areas requiring focus repurposing or action plans.

3. Strategic Owner Monitoring

  • Maintain profiles of key strategic owners.
  • Coordinate with global account managers on key accounts to ensure alignment on key messages and no over communication.
  • Work with regional CEOs to track owner relationships and maximize owner satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Owner Communication

  • Coordinate global communication to franchise owners. Filter as needed to avoid over communication and ensure alignment of priorities around new franchise strategy.
  • Ensure transparency and two-way communication.

Qualifications :

  • Hoteliers at heart: Past or present operational experience is essential to ensure credibility with regional teams.
  • International mindset: To reflect the global dimension of the group.
  • Business-centric: Able to translate strategy into a concrete value proposition for owners (asset-light vision).
  • Change agents: Ability to co-build a vision and above all to drive it within a sometimes complex matrix environment.
  • At least 13 years of experience

Beyond expertise we will target candidates who are able to:

  • Influence without direct authority: Ability to build relationships across regions and convince a variety of stakeholders.
  • Navigate ambiguity: Resilience and agility in evolving or undefined scopes.
  • Be hands-on: Full autonomy and strong operational drive (not actively seeking team management responsibilities at this stage).
