Job Summary
Join the team at JIM Bagan Toyota as a Receptionist where you will be the welcoming face of our dealership located in beautiful South Lake Tahoe CA. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with service and sales departments
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding car rentals and dealership services
- Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk area
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry filing and managing paperwork
- Support the car rental department as needed including customer check-in and check-out procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and phone systems
- Valid drivers license is a plus
