A Virtual Receptionist for Compass Realty Inc provides remote administrative and customer support services for a plastics manufacturing or packaging company. The receptionist manages phone calls emails scheduling customer inquiries and office communication to ensure smooth daily operations between customers sales teams warehouse staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct department
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries professionally
- Schedule meetings appointments and conference calls
- Take messages and maintain communication records
- Assist customers with order status and general company information
- Enter and update customer and order information in company systems
- Support administrative tasks such as filing digital documents and preparing reports
- Coordinate communication with sales shipping warehouse and production teams
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous receptionist customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Google Workspace email systems)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with phone systems or CRM software
- Manufacturing or logistics industry experience
