About your service: Work across services in surrounding suburbs of Mount Barker and Strathalbyn

Hourly Rate: $45.46 Per Hour 12% Super.

Additional payment of $4.32 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• Hours: Work 2-3 shifts or more across Before and After School Care.
• Vacation Care: Flexible 38 Hours per week.
• Travel: Work close to home
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions and Retention payments are above award.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will:

• Be the Visionary: Youre the boss of the service! Youll plan and program epic science experiments sports tournaments fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
• Safety First Fun Always: Lead a safe inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
• Chef it up: Whip up healthy tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful integrated OSHC programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day business of the service ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

What You Bring to the Mix

• The Qualification: Youve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma Bachelors Masters in Early Childhood Primary Teaching or School Aged Care Youth Work Community Services and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
• The Vibe: Youre warm engaging and have a can-do attitude.
• The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check Child Protection Training Certificate First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
