We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to play a key role in advancing our supply chain strategy and achieving critical operational this role you will work independently with minimal supervision driving improvements to procurement processes and supply chain systems. Youll collaborate across functions to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures and will serve as a knowledgeable resource for guiding teams on best practices that support supply chain excellence.

What You Will Do

• Provide subject matter expertise across multiple supply chain disciplines supporting process execution and successful implementation of procurement strategies
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) supply chain activities from target definition through entry into service
• Support sourcing initiatives by researching new suppliers markets and pricing trends; provide insights based on operational challenges and day-to-day procurement experience
• Lead supplier selection activities for NPI programs
• Support multiple buy to buy buy to make and make to buy projects
• Review and release design drawing packages to suppliers
• Negotiate pricing lead times and risk mitigation strategies to support development timelines
• Develop procurement execution strategies leveraging the established supply baseidentify optimal materials and services from preferred suppliers to meet business unit needs for performance and cost efficiency
• Ensure the achievement of key goals in the areas of supplier performance product cost reduction management and execution of supplier agreements and monitor the compliance to those agreements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful supply chain projects that improve supply assurance quality and cost
• Demonstrate strong business and financial acumenbuild support and present business cases that effectively communicate value to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Organize efforts with regards to supplier performance improvements and Supplier onsite support on critical recovery plans
• Work with Operational Procurement Engineering and Program Management to ensure the successful introduction of new programs and successful transfer of production requirements to new suppliers

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Higher education (preferred fields: management economics engineering)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to communicate freely in English and Polish in a professional environment
• Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
• Project skills: understanding of project lifecycles ability to align procurement with project timelines and deliverables
• Strategic sourcing and cost analysis skills
• Ability to work with data and an analytical approach to problem-solving
• Proactivity engagement and independence in action
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP system
