Senior Facilities Multi-Services Manager (Level M)

Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Facilities Multi-Services Manager (Level M) to lead the Aerospace Composites Center Facilities team in Hazelwood MO! The Aerospace Composites Center has state-of-the-art enabled capabilities and operates to support Boeings Fighter Programs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages and integrates employee and mid-level management within the facilities occupation including facilities planning analysis project administration property administration facilities provisioning engineering construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance.
• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies goals objectives.
• Acquires resources for organizational activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers business partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
• Participates in equipment make/buy decisions.
• Participates in source selection; provides technical oversight and integrates supplier activities.
• Manages develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 10 years of experience in a leadership role leading teams or projects to successful completion
• 10 years of facilities project management or construction management experience
• 10 years of experience in teaching coaching and developing others
• 5 years of experience in facilities operations or facilities management
• 5 years of experience developing and executing strategies to meet organization objectives
• 5 years of experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Experience using Maximo or other computerized maintenance software systems
• Leadership capability to include experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook)

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final pre-start or post-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
