Position Overview
We are looking for a ProductDocumentation & Training Specialistto own andevolveourproducthelp documentation while supporting internal product role is expected to quickly develop deepexpertiseacross Baxter Planning products and become a go-to source of truth for product knowledge across teams.
This role focuses on creating clear user-friendly content and helping build a more structured and scalable documentation experience for both customers and internal willbe responsible fortranslating complex product functionality into clear structured knowledge for both internal and external audiences.
You will work closely with Product Engineering and Customer Experienceteams supporting the documentation lifecycle end-to-end-from understanding requirements to publishing-while contributing to content standards structure and continuous improvements.
You will also support internal enablement by turning product knowledge intostructured trainingmaterials and helping drive adoption across teams.

This role requiresa high levelof autonomy with ownership over documentation andenablementworkstreams and the ability tooperatewith limited oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Ownership & Delivery:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle ofcustomer/user-facing documentation from information gathering to publishing ensuring alignment with product releases and user needs.
Content Creation & User-Focused Writing:Develop andmaintainhigh-quality content (online helpcontent user guides how-to articles and Whats New / release notes) that translates product functionality into clear actionable guidance aligned with common use cases.
Content Maintenance & Optimization:Continuously improve existingproductdocumentationto reflect product changes fix gaps and improve clarity ensuring it is intuitive and relevant for end-users.
Knowledge Systems & Structure:Design and improve scalable documentation structures ensuring content is well-organized reusable and easy to navigate for different audiences
Content Standards & Quality:Apply andmaintaincontent guidelines (tone structure terminology) to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience across all documentation.
Product Knowledge Ownership:Develop andmaintaindeepexpertiseacross BaxterPlanningproducts acting as a go-to resource for product knowledge and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Product SMEs and stakeholders to gather informationvalidatecontent accuracy and keep documentation aligned with current product functionality.
ImproveProcesses:Providefeedback on usability and user experience when relevant.
Release Coordination & QA:Support documentation release activities including content QA and coordination with IT to ensure builds are properly prepared and published.
Product Launch Content:Create and support internal and customer-facing materials for product launches includinginternalrelease communications enablement content and rollout support
Internal Enablement & Training:Create andmaintaintraining materials aligned with product releases reflecting key workflows and best practices and contribute to internal enablement activities such as sessions presentations and Baxter University.
Job Requirements
2 years of experience creating user-facing documentation or content (helpcenters product guides knowledge base articles release notes or similar).
Native or near-native Englishproficiencywith exceptional clarity in writing customer-facing content (mandatory)
Proven ability to create clear concise and easy-to-understand content for end-users.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical or functional concepts and translate them into clear structured content.
Experience translating product functionality into simple intuitive guidance and workflows.
Experience creating or supporting release notes / Whats New communications.
Strong understanding of how users consume content and how to make documentation useful intuitive and relevant.
Excellent writing editing and communication skills including the ability to present and explain concepts clearly.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product Engineering CX) to gather information andvalidatecontent.
Ability to manage multiple product documentations and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to independently own workstreams and deliver high-quality output with limited oversight.
High attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
Familiarity with documentation or content tools (e.g. SharePoint Notion Canva or similar).exposureto help authoring toolslikeMadCapFlareorZendesk Guideis a plus.
Basic understanding of how product releases work and how documentation fits into the release cycle.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in software or SaaS environments.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Research Communications or equivalent experience.
Experience leading trainings or enablement sessions for internal or external audiences
Basic knowledge ofHTML and/or CSS particularly in the context of documentation tools ().
Experience creatingtraining onboarding or enablement contentfor internal or external users.
Basic knowledge ofcontent structure and organization(e.g. reusable content consistency in terminology knowledge base organization).
Experiencemaintainingor improvingknowledge bases or helpcenters.
Basic familiarity with supply chain concepts or ERP tools is a plus.
