Job Title Technical Product Lead
Location: Barcelona Spain ; London UK ; Baie-DUrfé Canada
At Galderma were looking for a Technical Product Lead (TPL) to own and drive the technical success of our productsfrom development through commercialization and lifecycle management for the dermatology skincare business related to branded health and beauty products
This is a highly visible role for someone who can connect science manufacturing and business needs and lead complex decisions in a global matrix environment.
Your Impact
You will act as the technical lead of products ensuring alignment between formulation process capability quality and regulatory requirementswhile driving robust scalable solutions.
What Youll Do
- Define and lead the product technical strategy (formulation process control strategy) with the appropriate skateholders
- Drive key decisions across development validation and life cycle management
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Development MS&T Quality Regulatory Operations)
- Identify and mitigate technical manufacturing and supply risks
- Lead complex root cause investigations and CAPA activities
- Support regulatory submissions inspections and audits with technical SME
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and contribute to governance forums
What You Bring
- MSc or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences Chemistry Engineering or related field
- 815 years in cosmetics or medical devices pharma biotech
- Strong experience in CMC / product development / manufacturing / analytical development
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional matrix teams
- Deep knowledge of QbD lifecycle management and regulatory requirements
- Strong decision-making stakeholder management and communication skills
