The successful candidate will play a key role within the business conducting viewings negotiating tenancies and progressing lets through to completion.

Applicants should be proactive self-motivated and possess excellent customer service and communication skills along with previous lettings experience.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lets through to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generate new business opportunities and increase market presence
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Ensure all administration and compliance procedures are completed accurately

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within residential lettings essential
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional and motivated approach to work
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
• Knowledge of Pinner and surrounding areas advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence essential and own vehicle preferred
• Thorough and professional approach to Estate Agency
