Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Lettings Manager to oversee occupancy levels across a busy Oxford portfolio.

The successful candidate will manage enquiries conduct viewings negotiate bookings and coordinate tenancy progression while maintaining excellent communication and CRM management standards.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:

• Manage rental enquiries across CRM systems phone email portals and social channels
• Conduct property viewings and progress applicants through to completed bookings
• Coordinate tenancy paperwork compliance checks and move-in arrangements
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and manage pipeline activity daily
• Support occupancy strategies to minimise void periods across the portfolio
• Build professional relationships with students and working professionals throughout the lettings process

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within residential lettings or high-volume rental operations essential
• Background within HMOs co-living or student accommodation advantageous
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
• Confident negotiating and converting enquiries into completed bookings
• Comfortable working within a target-focused environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail
• Must be based in or around Oxford with local availability for viewings and operational support
