This is a hands-on role that offers excellent variety and exposure across the lettings process.

The successful candidate will be involved in arranging and conducting property viewings liaising with landlords and tenants progressing tenancies handling property management queries coordinating maintenance issues and ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently.

It would suit someone who enjoys building relationships multitasking and delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Conducting property viewings and registering prospective tenants
• Managing tenancy progression from offer through to move-in
• Handling maintenance issues and coordinating contractors
• Liaising with landlords and tenants on a daily basis
• Carrying out general lettings administration and compliance tasks
• Supporting the wider team with property management responsibilities

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within residential lettings is essential
• Confident carrying out property viewings and negotiating offers
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Professional and personable approach with attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence preferred due to local property visits
