Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Summer Intern to join our Human Resources team in Kelso WA. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world HR experience working alongside an experienced team on core HR processes records management and documentation practices.

Location: Kelso Washington
Pay: $19.00 per hour

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist with employee file maintenance and organization including updating and organizing records
  • Support the transition and upkeep of employee documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Review files for completeness and follow up on missing information as needed
  • Assist with onboarding file preparation and document tracking
  • Support data entry and updates within HR systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed coursework in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn
