We are seeking a confident caring and results-drivenClient Service Managerto support day-to-day client service operations under the mentorship of the Practice Manager and hospital leadership team.

What Youll Do

As a Client Service Manager you will:

• Coach and support Client Service Associates to deliver compassionate proactive client experiences
• Help navigate escalated or stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
• Partner with leadership to create effective staffing schedules that support both clients and team members
• Serve as a vital connection between clients patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and team development
• Assist with recruiting interviewing and onboarding new team members and internal transfers
• Foster a positive supportive and accountable team culture

Preferred Qualifications

• 35 years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong communication organization and follow-through skills
• Ability to lead with compassion in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Passion for client service team development and operational excellence
