The Role

As a Senior Process Engineer (Flow Assurance) with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

  • The flow assurance team provides a range of services related to all aspects of fluid flow through pipeline systems and associated processing equipment including:
  • Multiphase flow simulations - steady state and dynamic analysis.
  • Energy transition projects (CO2 / CCS hydrogen ammonia etc)
  • Oil and gas product pipeline hydraulics.
  • Subsea system engineering
  • Onshore terminal facilities review
  • Input to safety reliability and risk analysis studies.
  • A flexible working approach is anticipated reflecting the needs of the varied work handled by the flow assurance team.
  • Oversight and guidance of steady state and dynamic thermo-hydraulic analyses of subsea pipeline systems (extensive use of OLGA modelling software)
  • Managing the workflow of other flow assurance engineers within your project team.
  • Interface with other discipline engineers project managers and clients
  • Report / Technical Note writing

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years experience of flow assurance engineering.
  • Proven experience in the use of OLGA (minimum 5 years).
  • Proven experience in the use of Multiflash and/or PVTSim.
  • Proven experience leading flow assurance studies (minimum 5 years).
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
