Job Summary
Role Summary
The Technical Deployment Manager is responsible for coordinating the deployment and hyper-care support of corporate technology products and projects within EMEA covering Equity and the Partner Network. This role requires a candidate with strong operational and technical expertise the ability to follow a global deployment framework and a solid understanding of Flight Centre corporate brands. The Technical Deployment Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful end-to-end deployment of technology solutions.
What Youll Do
- Lead and manage corporate technology migration and deployment requirements partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop detailed technical run sheets and integrate them into end-to-end deployment plans.
- Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to impact assessments and deployment strategy.
- Oversee technical deployment activities including system configuration testing and execution.
- Facilitate cutover activities and calls driving accountability and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Communicate project status milestones risks and progress updates clearly to stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Plan and lead go-live and post-deployment hypercare activities ensuring support structures and BAU transition processes are in place.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams stakeholders and third-party vendors to support successful delivery.
- Ensure adherence to deployment frameworks best practices and agile methodologies while supporting enhancements and partner onboarding initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned refining processes and fostering a solution-focused accountable culture.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years plus experience in a Flight Centre Systems/consultant/Specialist Technology Role focussing on Corporate
