Job Summary
- To support the daily operations being hands on during service.
- To resolve any guest complaints calmly and promptly.
- Ensure all team members are delivering a great guest experience whilst upselling where possible.
- To retain excellent product knowledge of both food and beverage offerings
- To seek opportunities to innovate and improve throughout.
- Support and lead the team with kindness and respect fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity ensuring every person is valued whilst encouraging their development.
- Maintain accurate records of Health and Safety Food Safety and orders.
- To uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
- To attend all training and development course as requested.
- To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in managing a food and beverage service
- Barista experience (advantageous)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs
- Highly developed attention to detail and record keeping
- Passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience
- Great team player
- Leads by example and takes initiative
