Job Description:

Finning are the largest Caterpillar dealership world-wide specialising in Heavy Equipment Machinery and Power Generation. We have been delivering unrivalled service for 90 years. We sell rent supply parts service and repair equipment and engines to customers in various industries including mining construction petroleum forestry and a wide range of power systems applications.

Major Job Functions:

• Learn and assist in hose assembly processes under supervision (60%)
• Support order processing returns and workflow management with guidance (20%)
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards (20%)

Specific Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic attention to detail and numeracy.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Interest in mechanical or hydraulic systems

Knowledge:

• No prior technical knowledge required; training will be provided.
• Awareness of health and safety practices is essential

Accountability:

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Seek guidance when unsure and demonstrate progress in learning.

Education & Experience:

• No formal experience required; interest in hydraulics engineering or mechanical work is essential.
• Basic customer service skills advantageous.
