Head of Product Design

MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specialising in mental health. We are building a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions and apps to help people achieve happiness and overall well-being and were doing it with AI at the core.

Were looking for a Head of Product Design to lead our design team. This is a demanding role with high impact on what the company builds and how.

About this role

We expect the person in this role to bring deep expertise in behavioral design product strategy data-driven decision-making and people leadership plus the ability to operate at both executive and hands-on levels. Youll be the companys strongest voice for behavioral design across all product initiatives.

In this role youll manage a team of 3 designers directly and oversee the product solutions across the company. Youll lead design solutions across two tracks Core and AI and own the design strategy for the company. Youll report to the VP of Product and partner directly with Product Data and Engineering leadership.

Requirements:

• 8 years in product design 3 leading teams
• Behavioral design expertise: you build experiences that change how people behave not just ship features
• Experience across both B2B SaaS and consumer apps
• Experience building products 01 and growing existing ones
• Experience setting and executing design strategy focused on brand perception and user success
• Strong product sense: the design you create or lead solves real problems
• Human advocacy: youll be the companys strongest voice for human-centered experiences and bring the behavioral perspective into every product decision
• Structured problem-solving with decision trees or equivalent frameworks
• Executive-level communication: you bring clarity to complex uncertain situations
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Russian
• You live by values: ownership focus radical transparency evidence-based decisions

• You can prototype an AI product yourself without engineering
• Experience leading design in AI products
