Job Summary
What you will do:
You will join a dynamic and innovative team working as a Senior Data Scientist on topics such as:
Document Factory;
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI Agents strengthening existing models and scaling them;
Ensure a strong focus on innovation and continuous technology monitoring.
Profile Required:
Mastery of data science modeling: training classical models and fine-tuning deep learning models such as BERT;
Strong knowledge of Python machine learning packages and libraries related to Generative AI: PyTorch TensorFlow Transformers and LangChain;
Significant experience in in Computer Vision (OCR and YOLO models for object detection);
Experience in building a RAG system and solid knowledge of the Generative AI ecosystem (commercial LLMs such as GPT-4 GPT-4o prompting techniques and open-source LLMs such as LLaMA 3 Mistral);
Implementation of metrics to evaluate model performance;
French-speaking.
Other skills:
Good interpersonal skills;
The ability to quickly research and test state-of-the-art models;
The ability to propose different approaches and methods.
