Job Description:
- 5-10 years experience
- Understanding of server/network hardware.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions from remote teams.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts for 24 7 coverage.
- Assist vendors or engineers with secure access to the datacenter.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware changes and asset tags.
- Rack and stack servers storage devices and network equipment.
- Connect/disconnect power and network cables.
- Perform basic diagnostics
- Replace faulty hardware components (disks memory power supplies)
- Cable management and labeling for compliance.
- Network patching and port verification.
- Power cycling and rebooting devices as instructed.
- Routine health checks on hardware and environmental conditions.
- Report any physical security or compliance violations immediately.
- Coordinate with remote teams for emergency troubleshooting.
- Cleanliness and safety standards in the datacenter.
