About the Role:

As a Corporate Associate Attorney you will join a highly regarded Business Transactions practice group and work closely with experienced senior attorneys on a broad range of sophisticated corporate matters. This role offers direct client interaction hands-on transactional experience and exposure to complex business operations and strategic legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Significant M&A and business acquisition transactions
• Commercial contract drafting review and negotiations
• Corporate structuring and governance matters
• Framing and resolution of business disputes
• Drafting and reviewing transactional and corporate documents
• Supporting clients with strategic business and legal objectives
• Collaborating with attorneys and business stakeholders on complex matters
• Managing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality work product

Qualifications:

• 4 7 years of experience in corporate or business transactions
• Experience drafting corporate and transactional documents
• Prior experience working on complex business purchase transactions within a private law firm preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Experience with Commercial Contracts and Business Transactions required
• Ability to commute to the office location
