Solution IT Inc. is looking for Salesforce Business Analyst (B2B Commerce) for one of its clients in San Diego CA / Onsite

Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (B2B Commerce)

Summary

Act as the bridge between customers commercial R&D and operations teams and the technical delivery team. Elicit document and translate business needs into functional requirements for Salesforce solutions supporting the integration.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and interviews with Customer stakeholders (Sales Marketing Finance Supply Chain)
• Document business processes user stories and functional specifications for Sales Cloud Service Cloud CPQ and B2B Commerce
• Analyze gaps between Customer legacy processes and Salesforce ecosystem
• Serve as liaison between business users IT vendors and development teams
• Support UAT planning test case creation and user training

Required Skills:

• Experience: 5 years as a Salesforce BA in Life Sciences / HLS
• Salesforce Knowledge: Sales Cloud Service Cloud CPQ fundamentals and B2B Commerce
• Domain: Understanding of reagent/antibody commercial workflows or diagnostic products
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication; ability to translate scientific/commercial needs into technical requirements

Work Site: San Diego CA / Onsite (5 Days a week)

Duration: 6 Months

Expected Start Date: 06/01/2026
