Business System Analyst Salesforce

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for API integrations microservices and Salesforce enhancements.
• Leverage deep knowledge of API design and microservices architecture to identify opportunities for system integration and optimization.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Salesforce Service Cloud) capabilities and limitations enabling the alignment of business processes with Salesforce solutions.
• Analyse data from various sources including Salesforce and other systems to identify trends patterns and actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and workflows recommending and implementing improvements using APIs and microservices as appropriate.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business and technical requirements use cases and system configurations.
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team ensuring effective and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in testing and validation of API integrations microservices and Salesforce configurations to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Support change management initiatives helping stakeholders adapt to new technologies processes and systems.
• Assist in project management tasks such as project planning timeline tracking and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Troubleshoot issues related to APIs microservices and Salesforce and provide innovative solutions to address problems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in API microservices and Salesforce ensuring the organization benefits from the latest advancements.

Qualifications:

• 5 Years of experience in salesforce.
• Bachelors degree in a related field (business IT or similar).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on API microservices and Salesforce Platform (Servcie Cloud)
• Strong understanding of API design RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Salesforce certification(s) is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
