Job Description:

Baltimore County Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking an experienced Senior GIS Programmer / Systems Analyst to support enterprise GIS initiatives through advanced application development system upgrades and ArcGIS platform support. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing GIS applications supporting ArcGIS Server environments and integrating GIS solutions with CityWorks.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ESRI technologies strong programming skills and experience supporting GIS systems in government environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop maintain and upgrade GIS applications
• Support ArcGIS Server web application development and administration
• Develop and maintain ArcGIS Web AppBuilder applications
• Configure and support CityWorks GIS web services integration
• Upgrade and repair Facilities and utility toolsets developed in Visual C# using Visual Studio 2010 and ArcObjects SDK 10.1
• Perform systems analysis troubleshooting and production issue resolution
• Support GIS infrastructure ArcSDE and enterprise geospatial services
• Develop SQL queries stored procedures and triggers
• Generate reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Participate in change management project analysis and system enhancement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to support GIS modernization projects

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in:
