Roles and Responsibilities:-
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new export markets for industrial lubricants metalworking fluids and specialty industrial greases.
- Appoint develop and manage overseas distributors agents and strategic partners.
- Prepare and execute export business plans for assigned regions in line with company objectives.
- Conduct market intelligence on industrial sectors such as steel cement mining power sugar paper and manufacturing.
- Sales & Commercial Management
- Achieve annual export sales targets in value and contribution margin.
- Negotiate commercial terms including pricing lead times and payment conditions.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle from enquiry trials approvals order closure to repeat business.
- Key Account & Distributor Management
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with industrial customers
- Support distributors in sales forecasting stock planning and market penetration strategies.
- Drive product trials and approvals in coordination with technical and application teams.
- Technical & Application Coordination
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal technical teams for product selection and application support.
- Support customers with lubricant rationalization performance improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collect field feedback to support product improvement and new product development.
- Export Operations & Compliance
- Coordinate with manufacturing supply chain QA and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation country-specific standards and customer requirements.
- Marketing & Brand Development
- Represent the company at international trade fairs technical seminars and industry exhibitions.
- Strengthen brand presence and credibility in target export markets.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Export revenue growth from industrial lubricants
- Number of new markets distributors and industrial accounts developed
- Customer retention and repeat business
- Timely order execution and payment realization
