Job Summary

Job Description:
5 7 years of experience in Windows Administration

Strong experience with Windows Server administration including in place OS upgrades template creation and end to end server build processes

Advanced OS troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex production issues

Virtualization platform expertise with VMware vCenter and Nutanix AHV

Automation and configuration management using Ansible and PowerShell scripting

Experience with AIOps automation and auto ticket remediation to reduce incident volume

ServiceNow operational execution (Incident Task Change) and ServiceNow Vulnerability Remediation (VR)

Source control and automation delivery using GitLab and CI/CD pipelines

Solid understanding of Active Directory GPO DNS and DHCP in large enterprise environments

Exposure to cloud and hybrid environments including Azure AWS and Azure Arc

Strong verbal and written communication skills with time sensitive problem solving capabilities and hardware awareness (Cisco UCS and Dell)
