We are looking for a highly skilled Windows Kernel Tech Lead with strong expertise in low-level system programming and kernel development. The candidate will lead the design development and optimization of kernel-level components ensuring high performance stability and security.
Lead the design and development of Windows kernel-mode drivers and system-level components
Work on low-level system programming debugging and performance optimization
Analyze and resolve complex kernel issues such as memory leaks crashes and race conditions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware firmware and application teams
Ensure code quality through reviews best practices and adherence to secure coding standards
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of experience in Windows Kernel development
Strong expertise in C/C and system programming
Hands-on experience with Windows Driver Development (WDM/WDF)
Strong debugging skills using tools like WinDbg KD and kernel debugging techniques
Deep understanding of OS internals (memory management process/thread handling I/O systems)
Experience with multithreading synchronization and performance tuning
